Heart of the Community: Join Us
Rewarding careers are about doing something you love, where you can find meaning by making a real difference in someone’s life. When you join MercyCare you join a team where individual strengths are celebrated, in a place where you can learn and grow. We value teamwork, community and supporting each other.
Person Centred Approach
What does MercyCare mean by being person centred? It is all about ensuring the person is at the centre of decisions that relate to their own life. It recognises that people should be able to make decisions about things that are important to them but that they might require our support to do so.
Our ultimate aim is to understand what each individual person both wants and needs to live a life they find meaningful.
