I am a registered nurse of 20+ years who has been working in residential aged care for 19 of them. My passion for aged care started when I worked in the rehabilitation wing at Joondalup Health Campus. I have worked in both large and small aged care organisations as a clinical manager, facility manager, clinical nurse specialist, clinical and governance manager and quality and compliance manager in the community.
